Shipping Method

Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless other arangments are made. Orders can be shipped to any state within the U.S. Your order can be shipped to an address other than the address you used when you created an account. For APO/FPO addresses, please email sales@crawlerx.net for details and availability. All orders shipped to APO/FPO military addresses waves our guarantee policy. We cannot guarantee orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping may have extra shipping charges. Please email for quote. Please allow extra shipping time to international destinations.

Delivery of Your Order

Normally all orders are shipped within three (3) business days. There are some cases with special order items where this time will be longer. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for receipt of your goods.

Returns

We value your right to return any item if you are not 100% satisfied within (15) days of purchase. You are responsible for any return shipping charges.
